1. Do not use water for cleaning, mainly because of two points:
Firstly, prevent some accessories from rusting and performance degradation. Secondly, prevent the residual surface from hardening, which is more difficult to clean and damage the accessories.
2. The dough must be dry and not too wet. The best ratio of flour to water is 10:3. Turn the surface of the flour until the mixture is even and the dough does not stick to your hands/fingers. When turning on the noodle maker, sprinkle some flour on the rollers. Press the mixed noodles into flat pieces and place them on the machine.
3. Don't put too much when passing the machine, otherwise it will stick. The dough should not be too thick. If it is too thick, it will clog the rollers and the motor will emit a strange smell.
4. When you want thin noodles, because thin noodles have a smaller knife hole, the noodles have to be pressed very thinly to make thin noodles.
5. If at any time the dough starts to stick to the machine, just add flour to the dough sheet and rollers of the machine.
